Q. What type of Cappuccino Machine do you use?

A. We use a Rosito Bisani single group espresso machine for small group of people. We also have a 2 group machine for those large events where time is on the essences.

Q. What the dress code for the barista bartenders?

A. All our attendants dress in Formal Black Bristo attire. Please let us know the level of dress required for your event.

Q. What size events can you do?

A. We can handle any size event from 20 of your closest friends to a large scale event with 1000’s of people, however most clients have between 100-200 people.

Q. What areas do you cover?

A. Cappuccino On Call services all of the Southern California area. No event is too small for us to handle.

Q. How do you charge for service?

A. We charge a flat rate based on the number of guest attending your event, and the time duration of the event. We have a 2-4 hour minimum and you can also purchase additional time if you need more hours at your event.

Q. May I rent the Espresso Machine without the operator?

A. We only rent to studios for prop rental or to Caterers that have trained staff that have been experience using this type of machine.

Q. How long can I have The Cappuccino Service at My Event?

A. Most people are using the cappuccino during dessert portion of their event. Our packages range from 2 – 6 hours of cappuccino service and this is usually plenty of time to enjoy this unique experience!

Q. Who is Responsible for Set-Up, Tear-Down and clean Up of The Cappuccino Service?

A. We arrive about an hour before the designated starting time, ensuring that your guests will have plenty of time to have any type of drink. A professionally dressed attendant will be there at all times.

Q. What are the Table and Electrical Requirements?

A. TheCappuccino Service requires a 110 volt grounded electrical outlet within 10 feet of the location of the espresso machine. In addition, a sturdy 6ft banquet table with linen is mandatory.  Please re-confirm these requirements with your event planner before the event so that there is no delay in the set-up of the Cappuccino Service.

Q. What’s Required to Reserve The Cappuccino Service?

A. The requirements are a signed contract and a $200.00 non-refundable deposit. Please email, mail, or fax you the contract ASAP (it is also posted on our website). Once we receive the contract please sign and date it, then send it in along with your $200.00 non-refundable deposit by US mail to Cappuccino On Call 14037 Garfield Ave Ste B Paramount CA 90723. Upon receiving your contract and deposit secures your reservation date. The balance is due 7 days before your event.
